Troubleshooting

1. The belt is skewed to the right (larger gap on the left side)

Adjustment method: Start the treadmill, set the speed to 3-4 km/h, and use the wrench included in the package to tighten the adjustment bolt on the right side clockwise to align the belt. Observe the centering of the belt; if the misalignment is minor, make fine adjustments.

Key point: Turning clockwise moves the belt to the left, while turning counterclockwise moves the belt to the right.

Note: The direction of the treadmill is defined based on a person standing in front of it. The left side is to the left and the right side is to the right.

3. Lubricating the treadmill

Simply apply the lubricant underneath the running belt.

4. Slipping issues: If the treadmill starts normally but the belt does not move when standing on it

Adjustment method: Do not start the treadmill initially. Tighten the left-side bolt clockwise for one full turn to tighten the belt, then do the same for the right-side bolt. After making these adjustments, start the treadmill and observe the centering of the belt. If there is still misalignment, adjust according to the misalignment method.

After centering, test if the belt slips; if it still slips, repeat the tightening operation.

If it still slips after two repetitions, please contact the customer service.
